HOTELS WITH POOLS
IN SEVILLE

Our Curated Collection

Seville gets hot – real hot. In summer temperatures often soar to over 36 ºC (97 ºF). So if you visit in those months, then treat yourself. Cool down in between sightseeing in one of Seville’s many rooftop pools. Hotel prices in July and August are some of the lowest all year so you can really get a steal of a deal.

But even in the spring and fall, the weather is perfect for enjoying some poolside rest & relaxation. Most pools are only operational from April-October but some stay open year round. There is even one hotel that has a heated pool and never closes – Hotel Amadeus.

Top 10 Hotels with Pools in Seville

1

HOTEL ONE SHOT PALACIO CONDE DE TORREJON 09

We love, love, love the Hotel One Shot Palacio Conde de Torrejón 09! It is located just a little bit north of many of Seville’s main sights, but still within the historic old town.

This area of town is less touristy than others such as the Santa Cruz neighborhood but it still has an authentic local vibe with great bars and restaurants nearby in an area known as the Alameda de Hercules. So depending on what you are looking for, you might even prefer this spot.

With that said, since it isn’t smack in the middle of touristlandia, the prices are amazing. This is for sure one of the city’s most stylish hotels that just oozes with cool. The rooftop pool is perfect for cooling off on hot Seville days.

The hotel’s restaurant, lalola, is worth a visit even if you don’t choose to stay there. It was recently rated as the best restaurant for creative gastronomy in Seville by the Gurmé awards.

This hotel also has its own parking which costs 25€/day.

For all these reasons, the One Shot Palacio Conde de Torrejón 09 is one of the best hotels with pools in Seville.

2

HOTEL CASA 1800

If you want to stay in the traditional neighborhood of Santa Cruz, just steps away from the Alcazar and Cathedral, in one of Seville’s most impressive hotels, then Casa 1800 could be for you.

The boutique hotel is housed in a mansion-palace from 1864 that has been immaculately restored to its former glory. The rooms are elegantly decorated, perfectly blending the building’s history while adding a contemporary touch.

In addition, several of the rooms even have terraces with private hot tubs – perfect for a romantic stay in the city.

You can also enjoy the rooftop pool or kick back with a cocktail on the terrace while taking in some of the best views of the cathedral and giralda tower.

If it’s your first time in Seville and you have the money, it’s hard to beat Hotel Casa 1800.

3

HOTEL MELIA SEVILLA

The Hotel Melia Sevilla is located just outside of the historic center but it’s still just a few minutes walk to the cathedral and alcazar. It’s even closer to the Plaza de España and has direct views to it from many of the rooms and the pool.

If staying in a new modern hotel with superb amenities and one of Seville’s largest pools sounds good, then this could be a good match. Since the hotel is not in the middle of the old town, it does have a different vibe.

But on the other side, it is just a few minutes walk away. And when you compare prices, the Melia really offers a lot for the money.

This is one of the best hotels with a pool in Seville.

4

HOTEL AMADEUS SEVILLA

Hotel Amadeus really has it all – great location (Santa Cruz neighborhood), charming rooms and a fantastic rooftop terrace complete with a plunge pool and jacuzzi. And if you are visiting in colder months, you can still use the pool since it is heated all year round!

There is a variety of different rooms to choose from – some more modern in styling and others that have preserved different elements from the historic building such as tiles or exposed brick.

The largest rooms can accommodate up to 4 adults. Some rooms even have private terraces and others their own jacuzzi tubs.

5

HOTEL KIVIR

Hotel Kivir is another one of our personal favorite hotels with a pool in Seville. The hotel’s location is top – it sits right along the river and has spectacular views of the palm trees and the colorful houses of Triana.

While it may not be the typical cathedral and giralda views that many of the hotels in Santa Cruz have, we find these to be equally as special.

Many of the rooms look out to the river and there is also a rooftop restaurant and pool where you will want to relax when you aren’t visiting the nearby sights. The decor of the hotel is modern and minimal. Hotel Kivir isn’t fussy – it has everything you want and nothing you don’t.

6

HOTEL EUROSTARS SEVILLA BOUTIQUE

The Eurostars Boutique Hotel is housed in a palace that dates back to the 16th century. Along with some of its historic elements such as Roman columns, the design is moody and modern with a touch of drama.

The hotel does have a pool, but unlike most in the historic center, it is actually located in a courtyard instead of the roof. It is still a nice pool and maybe even a little larger than most. But don’t worry, there is also a rooftop terrace where you can enjoy a drink while admiring the fantastic views of the cathedral and giralda tower.

This one is in barrio Santa Cruz as well, so that means its just a few steps away from the Alcazar and main sights.

7

HOTEL CASA DE INDIAS BY INTUR

Towering over Plaza de la Encarnación is the massive modern wooden structure known as the Setas (mushrooms). This avant-garde construction is one of our favorite places to visit in Seville.

If you like it as much as we do, then you might want to stay in the Hotel Casa de Indias where you can enjoy direct views from the rooms or the rooftop terrace. On the rooftop you will find a pool with a sundeck and bar area – a great place to unwind.

The decor of the hotel combines many elements from the historic building its housed in, such as large wooden beams and exposed brick, together with clean minimal design.

Also, keep in mind that if you are booking in the winter or summer months, you can usually get a great deal at Casa de Indias. For all these reasons, this accommodation has made it into our list of the best hotels with pools in Seville.

Although this hotel doesn’t have its own parking, they offer a discounted rate at a nearby parking. Expect to pay around 22 €/day.

8

HOTEL REY ALFONSO X

Hotel Rey Alfonso X is a solid choice in the middle of the historic Santa Cruz neighborhood. The decor is modern and classy with marble flooring throughout. The highlight is the rooftop where you will find a pool and plenty of sun-beds with bar service.

The views from the top encompass several church bell towers, including the Giralda, as well as views down several quaint streets of the barrio.

The hotel Rey Alfonso X has its own parking. The price is 22 €/day.

9

HOTEL FERNANDO III

Also located in Santa Cruz, the Hotel Fernando III is very similar to Hotel Rey Alfonso X which is just a few steps away. It too has a rooftop pool and bar and the views of the surrounding is almost the same as well. However, the decor is slightly more traditional at Fernando III.

This accommodation also offers one, two and three bedroom apartments for up to 6 adults. The hotel’s private parking costs 22 €/day.

All in all, this is another great hotel for those looking for a pool close to the sights.

10

HALO BOUTIQUE HOTEL

The plunge pool on the rooftop at the Halo Boutique Hotel may not be as big as some of the other pools in the old town, but the price is also slightly more budget friendly too.

That is not to say that it’s not an amazing hotel – because it really is. The location is top (Santa Cruz) and the rooftop terrace has views to the cathedral and giralda.

The rooms are tastefully decorated and many elements from the original 19th century stately houses can still be admired.

Children are not allowed at Halo. So if you are a couple, you can enjoy even more peace and quiet.
